Baby Shower #1: Hosted by my Mother-in-law, Karen, and Sister-in-law, Angie, in Bismarck, ND on August 2nd. So much fun! It was nice to see some of my moms friends from Dickinson, and my good friends Jessica (from West Fargo) and Jennifer (from Seattle - home for the summer). My Aunt Marilyn and cousins Becky and Shiree and their kids Morgan and John. And Karen had invited a few people from work and some Shilman family friends.

After the baby shower we (the Shilman family) were able to spend a few days at the cabin on Brush Lake before heading back to Duluth. It was a quick trip, but we had so much fun! Thank you Karen and Angie!!!!

Baby Shower # 2: Hosted by Mary and Patty/ everyone at Sarah's Work! On October 28. I work with the best group of people, they all helped in putting together a wonderful shower for me after work last week. We had a little bit to eat, played some games and then moved out to one of the waiting rooms that overlooks beautiful Lake Superior to open gifts! So much fun!

I was "showered" with many wonderful gifts. Thanks everyone at work!!!!Baby Shower #3: Hosted by Erica, Ros and Leigh on November 1st in St. Louis Park at Ros and Erich's house. Guests were Cassie and Trisha, friends from x-ray school (Rochester, MN), Katie friend from Duluth, Maggie (friend from Radiation Therapy school) and Libby (cousin-in-law), Aunt Lori and cousin-in-law Faith. Erica, Ashley, Leigh, Ros, Mom z! Erica was responsible for all of the awesome food. Ros had arranged for some fun games - including the melted candy bar in the baby diaper guessing game! She also made some pretty creative cupcakes! Leigh mad a beautiful baby wreath!

It was also Halloween weekend. Lucy was a Flower pot and Cora was Boots from Dora the Explorer.
It was a great weekend, and Beautiful weather! I think it was around 70 degrees on Sunday when we left. Thank you Ros, Leigh and Erica (and Ashley for all of your help too!)
